Where you'll be
Explore Elora can start wherever you like. Most groups prefer to start at our office (24 Henderson St) in Elora but we can customize based on where your group is staying or want to start the tour.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel up to fourteen (14) business days prior to the program start date by providing us a written notice via email at hello@oneaxepursuits.com to request a full refund. Please be advised a $250 administrative fee will apply prior to issuing your full refund.

You may decide to reschedule within fourteen (14) business days prior to the program start date by providing us a written notice via email at hello@oneaxepursuits.com to request a date change. Please be advised we will accommodate your reschedule request at a mutually agreed date based on availability. Please be advised that a $500 rescheduling fee will apply to your total event cost.

You may cancel or add additional participants to your event by providing us up to fourteen (14) business days prior to the program start date

Please be advised that no reimbursement will be applied for no shows and other cancellations outside our cancellation policy.

Payment Policy
​

50% deposit is required upon agreeing on an event date. This allows us to secure, plan, and prepare for your event.

Final payment will be due within fourteen (14) business prior to the start of the scheduled event date.

Any scheduled events that fall less than fourteen (14) business days to the start of the event date will require a full payment upon the time of booking confirmation.

Any invoice not paid within thirty (30) days of such billing may be subject to a 10% monthly interest charge. ONE AXE Inc. reserves the right to use any and all means of collection available under applicable law that falls within the province of Ontario to collect any amount past due.
Weather Policy

Programs run rain or shine. Bookings may be rescheduled due to dangerous weather conditions.
Participant Considerations

A low activity or fitness level is expected as the tour is customized for relaxation and enjoyment.

This program is designed to meet the needs of your group and is low intensity.

Customized Experience

This experience is truly customizable. We can also assist with arrangements for catering, bus or coach transportation and business meeting locations before or after the event.
