What you'll do
Inspired by the popular TV series, teams will compete and navigate through urban and wilderness challenges across Elora, Ontario. Designed to suit diverse strengths and abilities, each activity requires a variety of skill sets.
What's included
Clues
Approximately 16 clues will be scattered across Elora. Some clues will be obvious while other more cryptic and challenging.
Detours
These are crossroads where teams must choose between various options.
Food Challenge
Consume unusual food items such as raw tofu or anchovies. Alternatively, fun food-related challenges are also available upon request.
Navigation
In order to find clues, teams must use maps and consult locals. The race may include the use of a compass.
Available at additional cost
(+ $100/person) or $1000 min per add-on option
Zipline Challenge
With professional guidance and safety equipment, team members will zip 200 feet across a gorge to complete a task, providing a unique and breathtaking view of Elora.
Rappel Challenge
With professional guidance and safety equipment, team members will rappel down a 60-foot cliff. There will be two rappel systems set up so that teams have the opportunity to pass each other.
Where you'll be
The Amazing Elora Race program begins at Victoria Park (130 Victoria Crescent) in Elora, Ontario. From there, the race will encompass historic sites throughout the town and alongside the breathtaking Elora Gorge.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel up to fourteen (14) business days prior to the program start date by providing us a written notice via email at hello@oneaxepursuits.com to request a full refund. Please be advised a $250 administrative fee will apply prior to issuing your full refund.

You may decide to reschedule within seven (7) business days prior to the program start date by providing us a written notice via email at hello@oneaxepursuits.com to request a date change. Please be advised we will accommodate your reschedule request at a mutually agreed date based on availability. Please be advised that a $500 rescheduling fee will apply to your total event cost.

You may cancel or add additional participants to your event by providing us up to fourteen (14) business days prior to the program start date

Please be advised that no reimbursement will be applied for no shows and other cancellations outside our cancellation policy.

Payment Policy

50% deposit is required upon agreeing on an event date. This allows us to secure, plan, and prepare for your event.

Final payment will be due within seven (7) business prior to the start of the scheduled event date.

Any scheduled events that fall less than fourteen (14) business days to the start of the event date will require a full payment upon the time of booking confirmation.

Any invoice not paid within thirty (30) days of such billing may be subject to a 10% monthly interest charge. ONE AXE Inc. reserves the right to use any and all means of collection available under applicable law that falls within the province of Ontario to collect any amount past due.
Weather Policy

Programs run rain or shine. Bookings may be rescheduled due to dangerous weather conditions.
Participant Considerations

A low-to-moderate activity level is required as the course covers approximately 3 to 5 kilometres during the entire race

Our programs are designed so that teammates can opt out of certain challenges for any reason and still remain involved in the teams’ successes

Customized Experience

We often customize various components of our programs to better suit your team’s needs. Our Amazing Race program can be customized and implemented in any city for an additional fee. If needed, we can also assist with arrangements for catering, bus or coach transportation and business meeting locations.
