In this course, we emphasize self-rescue so that you should be able to rescue yourself if you're stuck in the rope system.
You will learn to ascend and descend your rope with various techniques. You'll also learn how to do mid-rope transfers from
ascending to rappelling. This course also covers solo climbing techniques and equipment. This is an in-depth course. |
